Bibiana Rock began her career as a receptionist and has since built extensive experience in a variety of roles, including Management Assistant and HR & Office Coordinator. Throughout her journey, she has worked in both large multinational organizations and dynamic start-ups, gaining valuable insights into different business environments.

Passionate about people and workplace culture, Bibiana has a strong interest in human resources and enjoys creating positive, welcoming office environments where employees feel comfortable, engaged, and motivated to do their best work.

She joined Seascape Belgium in August 2026.
